SHIPPING POLICY

We ship internationally! We are doing our best to ship the products to you as fast as we can, but please note that every order takes 1-3 business days to process. 

Our shipping times have slowed down due to current events happening around the world and COVID-19. Please allow 7 - 30 business days for shipping.

Please note that your item(s) will be shipped separately (in separate packages) due to different warehouse locations.

*We ship to the address on your order form. Please make sure your shipping address is correct, we are unable to amend the address if it is incorrect. We are not responsible for replacing products shipped. Once package states it has been delivered, we are not responsible for stolen or lost packages.

Order Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order, you can do that within 12 hours after placing it by contacting support@shopbeautymoon.com with your information.

Refund

If you would like a refund, please refer to our refund policy or directly contact our support with according information of the issue and screenshot of the issue by contacting support@shopbeautymoon.com.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SALE

Shop Beauty Moon has the right to refuse orders at our sole discretion for any reason we see fit. If we see a reason fit enough to refuse an order, we will be refunding the entire purchase immediately and will refuse all future purchases.
